I had my first experience with this dealer in 2003 and have dealt with them for Service (also excellent) on my vehicle since. I recommended them to my mother who purchased her Buick last year. I was in the market for a brand they do not carry new but hoped for the best. As usual they came through for me and at a price better than dealers who sold the brand new. I can't say enough. They are not geographically close to me, but are always worth the trip.

Called the service manager and he told me to come to the store and he will help with my problem. He did right away, and then I told him I was due for an oil change. I would make an appointment for later in week. He offered to do the service right away, if I agreed, which I did. Service performed timely and complete, with no issues. The best part about this dealership is the service department. Although there are fewer service reps at the desks now. Service is friendly and the mechanics do fine work and know their brand. The work is also done in a timely manner. I never feel like I am being swindled by them suggesting unnecessary work unlike some oil change businesses I have been to.
